City Council Budget Hearings
The Fiscal 2023 budget was introduced to City Council on May 16, 2022. Executive Summary and Agency Detail publications are currently available online.
The Department of Finance and Baltimore City Public Schools System will present Fiscal 2023 budgets on May 26, 2022, at 3 pm and will be followed by City Council Taxpayers' Night at 6 pm. City Council Fiscal 2023 budget hearings begin May 31, 2022. All hearings will be available via CharmTV, either live-streamed or available online afterward. Agency budget slides will be posted after budget hearings are completed each day.
