Meet the Revenue Team

The revenue team is responsible for projecting more than 200+ revenue sources for the City of Baltimore’s operating budget on a quarterly, annual, and long-term basis. Revenue analysts work collaboratively on revolving portfolios that include general fund, enterprise, and special fund revenues.

The team is also closely involved with implementing Ten-Year Financial Plan initiatives, updating Plan goals and projections, and tracking the estimated savings and/or costs of these initiatives. In addition, revenue team members provide legislative and policy analysis by responding to proposed bills at the State and local level and proactively developing recommendations for making Baltimore’s tax structure more efficient.
