The Board of Estimates will host the Fiscal Year 2025 Preliminary Budget Presentation and Annual Taxpayers’ Night on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Residents can attend in person in City Hall, virtually via Webex, or tune in via CharmTV on Channel 25 or it can be watched online here.

At 5:00 pm, BBMR will host a "Budget Pop-Up", where residents will gather at City Hall with agency representatives before giving testimony to the Board of Estimates. Representatives will be available with resources and to answer questions for 1 hour before the Board of Estimates meeting.

The event will include a brief presentation on the Fiscal 2025 Preliminary Budget Plan from the Bureau of the Budget Management and Research, in the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning, followed by public testimony.

The Board of Estimates will all accept sign-ups for public testimony via Webex until 5 pm on April 16, 2024, via the form below. Residents attending in person can sign up upon arrival at the event.
