The Board of Estimates hosted the Fiscal 2024 Preliminary Budget Presentation and Annual Taxpayers’ Night on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Taxpayers’ Night was conducted in a hybrid format and residents could attend in person in City Hall, virtually via Webex (link), or tune in via CharmTV on Channel 25 or online.

The event included a brief presentation on the Fiscal 2024 Preliminary Budget Plan from Laura Larsen, the Budget Director in the Department of Finance, and Chris Ryer, the Director of the Planning Department, followed by public testimony. The Fiscal 2024 Preliminary Budget Plan was introduced to the Board of Estimates on April 6, 2023.
