The Board of Estimates will host the Fiscal Year 2026 Preliminary Budget Presentation and Annual Taxpayers’ Night. The event will include a brief presentation on the Fiscal 2026 Preliminary Budget Plan from the Bureau of the Budget Management and Research, in the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning, followed by public testimony.

Residents can participate 

• in-person in City Hall (all residents planning to participate in-person shall sign-up using the form below)
• virtually via CharmTV, on Channel 25 or it can be watched online here.

Ways to Testify

1. In-person before the Board
   • Residents attending in-person can sign up to testify upon arrival at the event.
2. Virtually via Webex
   • Residents planning to testify virtually shall sign-up using the form below. The Board of Estimates will all accept sign-ups until 5 p.m. on April 21, 2025, via the form below. A webex link will be sent to all signed-up residents prior to the event. 
3. Asynchronous Testimony Form
