Fiscal 2022 Virtual Taxpayers' Night

The Board of Estimates hosted the Fiscal Year 2022 Preliminary Budget Presentation and Annual Taxpayers’ Night on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at 6:00 p.m online.

The event included a brief presentation on the Fiscal 2022 Preliminary Budget Plan from Robert Cenname, the Budget Director in the Department of Finance, and was followed by public testimony. A recording of the event can be found here. The Fiscal 2022 Preliminary Budget Plan was introduced to the Board of Estimates on April 7, 2021.

Thank you for being interested in participating in the Fiscal 2022 Board of Estimates Taxpayers' Night. 

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Baltimore will be hosting this event online on Wednesday, April 21 from 6:00-8:00 pm, with a brief presentation on the budget starting at 6:00 pm and public testimony following that. The Board of Estimates (BOE) members are very interested in listening to your views and observations concerning this budget. This is the BOE's opportunity to hear from Baltimore City residents and residents to share their thoughts regarding City spending, budget priorities, and other fiscal concerns. 

If you wish to provide testimony to the Board, please submit your name below to be added to a list of speakers, which will be used during the event on Wednesday, April 21. Participants providing testimony must engage through the Webex application portal. 

Note: We ask that you limit your remarks to two minutes so that everyone can have an opportunity to speak. Additionally, your time cannot be yielded to another speaker. All testimony is audio only, no video.
